Attorney Gans has practiced Immigration and Nationality Law exclusively since 1973. He is the former Chief Legal Officer, former Chief of the Nationality Section, and former General Attorney for the United States Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) (now known as U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) at Hartford, Connecticut. As a result of his lengthy service at INS, he provides his clients with a unique perspective on immigration law issues.
